- Land and Maritime Transportation Services: Execute all land public transportation services within and beyond the State of Kuwait, including maritime transportation to move people and goods between Kuwaiti islands.
- Fleet Management: Purchase, utilize, lease, and sell all types of omnibuses and other transportation vehicles related to land and maritime public transportation.
- Industry Development: Establish and develop industries related to land and maritime transportation to enhance service delivery and innovation.
- Leasing Services: Rent transportation means, both to and from other entities, as needed to support land and maritime transportation operations.
